2008 Rates
High Season (June 21 through August 31 and certain holiday periods): $425 per night for up to 6 people; $20 each additional person including children over the age of 8; 3 night minimum; maximum occupancy 10 people. Pets $12 per night.
Mid Season (Septemeber 1 through October 15;February 14 though March 31; May 9 through June 20): $325 per night for up to 6 people; $12 each additional person including children over the age of 8; 3 night minimum; maximum occupancy 10 people. Pets $12 per night.
Low Season (October 9 through June 14): $295 per night for up to 6 people; $12 each additional person including children over the age of 8; 2 night minimum on weekends; maximum occupancy 10 people. Pets $12 per night.
Special rates Christmas and New Years
$445 per night for up to 6 people; $20 each additional person including children over 8 years; 3 night minimum; maximum occupancy 10 people. Pets $12 per night.
Discounts
5% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during high season. 10% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during low season.
No Discount for holidays . . .
