2009-10 Rates

High Season Rates: Certain Holiday periods and June 18 - September 5; three-night minimum. 5% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.

Mid Season Rates: May 7 - June 17, September 6 - October 14. Two-night minimum weekends; call for availability of shorter stay;excluding certain holiday periods. 10% discount for stays 7 nights or more.

Low Season Rates: October 15- May 6; Except Holidays. Two-night minimum weekends; call for availability of shorter stay;excluding certain holiday periods. 10% discount for stays 7 nights or more.

Shepherds Wagon - rented as an extra bedroom with the Ranch House; $75 per night for High Seasons, $65 forMid Seasons; and $55 per night for Low Seasons.

Special rates Christmas and New Years
$445 per night for up to 6 people; $20 each additional person including children over 8 years; 3 night minimum; maximum occupancy 10 people. Pets $12 per night.

Discounts
5% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during high season. 10% discount given for stays of 7 nights or more during low season.

No Discount for holidays . . .
