While rustic in character, all cabins are well equipped and tastefully decorated, including down comforters and camp collectables. All have fully equipped kitchens, porches and private yards with picnic table, BBQ grill and VIEWS! We provide coffee, teas, hot chocolate and cider packets, and welcome you with our homemade cookies. Pets are welcome at Avalanche Ranch! All Rates shown below are for double occupancy. Rates/Policies High Season Rates: Certain Holiday periods and June 21 - August 31. 3 night minimum. 5% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Mid Season Rates: September 1 - October 15, February 14 - March 31, May 9 - June 20. Two night
minimum. There is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Ranch House: Click here for Rates, Policies and Photos. Deposit / Final Payment: A 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Separate policies apply to group reservations. Check-in time: Cabins 3-7pm, Ranchhouse 4-7pm. If later, call to arrange check-in. Check-out time: Cabins 11am, Ranchhouse 10am. For late check-out, please ask and we will try to accommodate you. A $25 per hour fee will be automatically charged for late check-out unless prior arrangements have been made. Full daily rate will be charged after 1:00 p.m. Cancellation: A $25 per room service fee will be charged for all individual cancellations - $100 for the Ranchhouse. If more than 30 days notice of cancellation is given, full payment less the service fee will be refunded. If less than 30 days notice is given, payment will be refunded to the extent the room is re-rented, less the service fee. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of the day of departure. Separate policies apply to group reservations. Telephones / Televisions: We do not have telephones or TVs in guest rooms or cabins. There are public telephones on the property and we do have a TV/VCR and videos available for rent by cabin guests. The Ranchhouse has a TV/VCR plus a library of videos. These amenities are available in the Lodge at no cost. Pets We love animals and are happy that your pet is able to accompany you to Avalanche Ranch. We do have rules that guests and pets must abide by in order to insure a quality experience for all. The Lodge The Lodge is a log structure located up the hill from the main office (Red House) and is open 24 hours as a recreation facility for all guests. It offers a cozy lounge area containing a gas-log stove, telephones, books, maps, and brochures of local attractions and activities, plus a TV/VCR/DVD with a wide selection of free videos for all ages. The game room has a ping-pong table and a variety of popular games and puzzles for your enjoyment.  |
